Why MEZEHANE? Although the meaning of the word is food eaten while drinking; MEZE creates magnificent and healthy flavors, especially when the herbs, olives, olive oil, air and vegetables of the Aegean coast are combined with skilled hands. Appetizers eaten while drinking; We believed that it should be considered as a culinary culture with its lightness, taste, attractiveness, serving in small portions, being independent from the main meal. We wanted to equip a table consisting only of appetizers and to make our guests experience the privilege of enjoying the hours spent at this table. Based on these data, we named our Food and Beverage unit using the words MEZEHANE instead of RESTAURANT, and ANZAROT instead of Tavern.
